Training will be completely personalised to the organisation, the team, and its individuals. In most cases, a diagnostic and assessment process will take place to determine the structure and content of the programme. Components of the programme will typically be group masterclasses, individual one-on-one 'bootcamp' lessons, review and edit of relevant language guidance documents (such as a call centre script), and focused advice to management. Depending on the scope, programmes can be delivered online if required.
